Keep all vehicles on the asphalt & concrete. No parking on the lawn or in the garage is permitted. No parking on the public road that runs along side of the house. Under no circumstances are guests permitted to disable the wifi or outdoor security cameras. For the benefit of the community, we will be strict with our quiet hours of 10:00pm to 7:00am. Dogs MUST be leashed at all times when outdoors. Guests are to clean up ALL pet waste both indoors and outdoors. No pets are to be left unattended and freely roaming anywhere inside or outside the property. Guests must shower before using the hot tub. We do not require that you sweep, mop, scrub bathrooms, etc. but please be generally tidy. THE BORING BUT NECESSARY STUFF: Please know that we always recommend to our guests to obtain travel insurance from a third party insurer to protect all aspects of the investment you've made into your getaway at the lake. We are generous with our selection of cancellation policy and we do not provide any refunds outside of this policy whenever we can provide to you what we include in our listing. Guest, all members of guest's party, and any visitors of the guest (collectively to be known as Guest) should understand there are many risks and dangers associated with the use of our hot tub. Guest, all members of guest's party, and any visitors of the guest (collectively to be known as Guest) should understand there are many risks and dangers associated with the use of our stairs, tubs, showers, gas grill, fireplaces, balcony porches, and many other amenities, necessities, and other features of our property. Guest assumes responsibility for all such risks and dangers and all responsibility for any injuries, deaths, losses and/or damages resulting from any use of or activity involving our property.
